Sofia DocuMENTAL festival presents over 20 films

The "SofiaDocuMENTAL" film festival takes place in the Bulgarian capital city from September 18 to 25. More than 20 documentaries, winners of prestigious international awards, will be shown divided into various categories.

The first screening today is under the dome of the Largo in Sofia as guests can watch "Motherland" (2023) - a co-production of Sweden, Norway and Ukraine. On September 20, the Czech Center will present the Ukrainian-German co-production "When Spring Came to Bucha" (2022).
