The Territorial Just Transition Plans must be approved today and sent to the European Commission on Saturday, Bulgaria’s Premier Nikolay Denkov told journalists during the Spinoff Bulgaria Conference in Sofia. If the Territorial Just Transition Plans are not adopted, Bulgaria may lose EUR 700 million on the plans related to Stara Zagora, Kyustendil and Pernik, and another EUR 1.5 billion on the plans related to other regions in the country, Premier Denkov noted.
