Minister Vatev briefed his counterpart on the memorandum signed between the Bulgarian government and the Bulgarian agricultural producers, providing for a ban on imports of sunflower from Ukraine until the end of November. After this period, a licensing regime for the export of sunflower, wheat, maize and rapeseed will be in force, according to an agreement between Ukraine and the European Commission.
