There is no change in the risks and threats in the Black Sea and currently they stem from out-of-control drones and floating mines. This is what Navy Commander Rear Admiral Kiril Mihaylov and Fleet Admiral Velko Velkov said in Varna, quoted by BNT. They lead the national naval exercise "Breeze 2023", in which representatives of 13 countries participate until October 22. The participants in the exercise are warned to be especially careful. Mihailov pointed out that the exercise is not aimed at any country in the Black Sea region. There are also no plans for sending ships to the conflict zone in Israel.
