Grigor Dimitrov loses to Djokovic in Masters final

Bulgaria's top tennis player Grigor Dimitrov failed to win the title at the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Paris. He lost 4-6, 3-6 to world number one Novak Djokovic in the final after one hour and 39 minutes of play. It was Djokovic's seventh title in Paris.

It was Dimitrov's last match for 2023. Although without a trophy, he ends the season in perfect form with 41 wins, including seven against top-10 opponents.
