Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov would resign in three cases - if the National Assembly adopted an unfeasible budget, if justice reform was not carried out, if GERB or PP-DB announced that they no longer wanted this government, the PM said in an interview with BNR.

The Prime Minister defined the critical attitude of GERB as "transition from pre-election mobilizing speeches to post-election psychotherapy". According to him, the loss of key cities is painful for the party and at the moment there is a process of realizing the results and an attempt to jump to the next stage - budget, constitutional changes.

There is no risk of the budget going beyond the limits of the 3% deficit, Nikolai Denkov said. One of the unknowns is whether the Recovery and Resilience Plan funding would be received at the end of the year or in the first weeks of next year.

The prime minister denied claims that capital expenditures were underestimated, as the proposed budget for them was increased by 50% compared to this year's. 6 billion euros is an unprecedented amount for capital expenditures, the PM said.

Nikolai Denkov also said that he would sue GERB MP Delyan Dobrev over claims related to the Lukoil derogation, as well as that the chairman of the parliamentary group of DPS Delyan Peevski was trying to act like a boss, but in fact it was the legislative program of PP-DB that is being implemented.
