"The ruling construct is complex enough and is loaded with a variety of tensions and overlays, but has no alternative", the co-chairman of We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria Hristo Ivanov said for the BNR. In his words, the Bulgarian society is not ready to elect a big political champion for the time being and therefore the parties will have to engage in dialogue. "This power-sharing the voter imposes on us implies that no one can do this or that alone’’, Hristo Ivanov clarified.

In his words, the thing is to avoid a model that concentrates power and turns it into repressive, economic and media power exercised in a backstage manner, which becomes a precondition for corruption and abuse.
