On Sunday, 17 December, book lovers will be able to donate books for sale or buy books at a nominal price. The money raised from the Buy a book – give hope campaign will be donated in its entirety to 6 neo-natal wards in the country for equipment. People wishing to join the cause are invited to bring books they have read and which they would like others to enjoy. Books in foreign languages are also admissible.
Again in Sofia, NORMA Studio and the Association for Shared Learning ELA are organizing an art atelier in support of 6-year old Alexandra. From Children for Children is the first part of a series of charity initiatives for children aged 3 to 13 who want to support other children. The organizers say that a framed children’s drawing from the heart is the best Christmas gift possible. All funds raised from the sale of the children’s works will be donated for the treatment of the little girl.
