Bulgarian business sector dissatisfied with the state, main problem is the lack of personnel

The Bulgarian Industrial Association has published a study on the business climate in Bulgaria in 2023. 62% of managers complain about excessive state regulations, 61% of enterprises complain about frequent changes in regulations. 59% cite corruption as an obstacle. 

41% are dissatisfied with justice, 43% with administrative service and the small number of electronic services. 

15% are not satisfied with the state of the infrastructure. 

Every third respondent is embarrassed by the instillation of a negative attitude towards businesses. 

The share of enterprises that "vote" for the introduction of the euro is increasing. 60% support Bulgaria joining the Eurozone, up from 47% in 2021. The "can't decide" group has shrunk from 27% to 13%.
