Pupils from Lovech donate funds for the renovation of the town's children's ward

Pupils from the Vasil Levski primary school in Lovech have raised almost 4,000 BGN (2,000 euro) to support the children's ward of the town's hospital. The children sold sweets, greeting cards and souvenirs to raise the money.

A family from Lovech added to the sum, bringing it to BGN 5,462 (€2,792), which was handed over to The For GOOD Foundation.

The donation will be used to renovate the ward to make the young patients feel more comfortable and cosy during their treatment. This is not the first time that the school in Lovech has lent its support to a good cause. In 2022, funds raised by the children were used to treat a former student of the school in Turkey.
