Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 10 January 2024

Sunny yet cold weather expected in Bulgaria on Wednesday

The weather on Tuesday morning will be frosty. Minimum temperatures will be between minus 9 and minus 4°C, in Sofia - around minus 8°C. 

It will be sunny but cold during the day. The wind will subside. 

Maximum temperatures on Tuesday will be between minus 3°C and 2°C, in the capital - 1°C.

Along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast it will be sunny, but cold with a moderate northerly wind. Air temperatures will be between 0 and 3°C. The temperature of the sea water is 9°C. The sea state will be rough, with waves.

A cold sun will shine over the mountains. There will be a moderate to strong northeasterly wind. The temperature at 1200 m above sea level will be minus 3°, at 2000 m up to minus 7°.

On Thursday, temperatures will rise slightly as lows will be between minus 8°C and minus 3°C, and highs from 1°C to 6°C.

In the Balkans, it will be mostly sunny, but it will remain cold. It will be windy along the Black Sea, Marmara Seaand Aegean coasts.
