More than 50 winemakers will vie at the Trifoniada in Zlatograd

Winemakers from all over the country will present their new wines at the commercial fair Trifoniada on 17 February in Zlatograd, the organizers from the ethnographic complex have announced.

More than 50 visiting and local winemakers will take part in the competition for best red, rosé and white wine, BNR-Kardzhali reports. The winetasting will take place to the sound of music from the Rhodopes and a festive programme in the square of the Old Town. Thousands of guests are expected from all parts of the country, as well as from neighbouring Greece. Trifoniada is a festival of wine, winetasting, presentation of wineries, and a contest for local winemakers.
