According to MEP Novakov, Bulgaria will fully enter Schengen by the end of the year

By the end of 2024, Bulgaria will enter Schengen by land, MEP from EPP/GERB Andrey Novakov predicted in Blagoevgrad. According to him, the Bulgarian economy loses thousands of euros every day from waiting at the land borders of Europe, BNR correspondent Keti Trencheva reported.

"I expect us to enter Schengen as soon as possible, keeping in mind the fact that we expect to enter the eurozone on January 1, 2025," Novakov also said.
