The Bulgarian Ministry of Education is to launch a pilot project with Google to improve the educational experience in over 200 Bulgarian schools. The schools will be equipped with the tech giant's latest educational tools, including those based on artificial intelligence. The news was announced following a meeting in London between Education Minister Galin Tsokov and the company's regional managers for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

During the meeting, Google presented the functionalities of its most advanced educational tools. It was revealed that since 2015, Google has been incorporating artificial intelligence features into its products, often without users being aware of it.

Now, the tech giant is developing new solutions specifically designed to simplify and support the daily work of teachers. Analysis by Google shows that the tools it has already made available to schools around the world save teachers an average of ten hours a week, the equivalent of more than a full working day. With access to the advanced features being offered to the 200 Bulgarian schools, this time saving is expected to increase significantly.
