The 152nd anniversary of the birth of one of the greatest Bulgarian revolutionaries Gotse Delchev was celebrated with a solemn concert and a discussion in Sofia. "After two daughters, a son was born and he was named Georgi. To this day, we know him as a person who loved beauty, culture, a person who understood the world". He was born on 4 February 1872 in Kukush, then in the Ottoman Empire. He was killed on May 4, 1903 in a battle with Ottoman troops in the village of Banitsa.
