The Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC) is seeking a lasting solution to the issue related to the indexation of prices for mobile services. There are legal arguments that protect consumers and legal arguments in favour of traders, CPC Chairman Stoil Alipiev said for BNT.
In his words, the indexation clause has been set in advance and the consumer has been notified and has agreed to it.
