PP/DB MPs propose that acting prosecutor general be heard out in parliament over Martin Bozhanov killing

In connection with the assassination of Martin Bozhanov, a.k.a. The Notary, the parliamentary group of We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB) proposed that acting Prosecutor General Borisalav Sarafov be heard out in parliament, as well as the formation of a fact-finding commission to collect all information concerning the murder, public service TV BNT reports.

The commission should also look into any data indicating failure to act by the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), the SJC inspectorate, the prosecutor’s office and all other competent authorities. The proposal for the establishment of an ad-hoc parliamentary committee to look into the facts concerning the activities of the group around Martin Bozhanov received the support of the chairman of the parliamentary group of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, DPS, Delyan Peevski.
