A total of 26 agricultural organizations, which claim to produce 80% of the milk, 90% of the vegetables, 30% of the grain, 100% of the rice and rose oil in Bulgaria, continue to protest.

In a declaration, they called for the immediate payment of state aid, the abolition of the tax on subsidies, the removal of all inadequate administrative requirements for farmers. In a letter to the media, the initiative committee accuses the Bulgarian Agrarian Chamber, which is negotiating with the government, of being a "newly-created organization that does not even have a website and public information about its members, its goals or who it represents." Speaking to the BNR, grain producer Radoslav Hristov, a member of the criticized agrarian chamber, said that it was high time to adopt a law on branch organizations, so that it was clear who is who in agriculture.
