On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the National Professional High School of Polygraphy and Photography, the Union of Bulgarian Artists unveils an exhibition of works by graduates of the school, BTA reported. The exhibition will be open from February 13 to 28.
The National Professional High School of Polygraphy and Photography is the only school in Bulgaria for training specialists in these fields and the successor of the Secondary School of Printing and Graphic Arts established in 1923. Over the years the school changed its name several times and since 1998 it has been the National Professional High School of Polygraphy and Photography. It is one of the 23 secondary schools of arts and culture under the Ministry of Culture, where students are trained in the specialties: Polygraphy, Photography, Librarianship, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics and Computer Animation.
