Information day on new genomic techniques

The Bulgarian Academy of Sciences’ Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics (IPPG) is organizing an information day, on 16 February, on the subject of: New genomic techniques – opportunities and challenges for researchers and agricultural producers.

The lecturers will discuss the latest tendencies and scientific developments in genomic techniques which affect agriculture and medicine, focusing on concrete results and problems, as well as ethical and legal issues and the regulatory framework for the application of new genomic techniques.
