France is a partner and strategic ally to Bulgaria with whom we share common priorities from the international agenda. This year we shall mark 145 years since the establishment of our diplomatic relations, Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel wrote on Facebook after meeting with her French counterpart Stéphane Séjourné. She thanked her hosts for the warm welcome to Paris and for the constructive discussion. The two foreign ministers discussed the new roadmap between Bulgaria and France, which will update the 2008 strategic partnership agreement, the Three Seas Initiative, Bulgaria’s accession to the Eurozone and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.
