Veliko Tarnovo wants to attract investments from the USA

Veliko Tarnovo Mayor Daniel Panov held a working meeting with the US Ambassador to Bulgaria Kenneth Merten. They discussed future projects and expansion of the partnership between Veliko Tarnovo Municipality and the US Embassy in Bulgaria, the municipality said. Among the topics of discussion were attracting more American investments to the city and the region, increasing tourist flow, joint initiatives in the fields of education, culture and arts, as well as deepening cooperation with the sister city of Golden.

 Daniel Panov emphasized the modern profile of the city as one of the main economic centers in Central and Northern Bulgaria and its establishment as a year-round destination for cultural tourism and a festival city with iconic international events. Daniel Panov has invited Ambassador Merten to attend some of the important cultural events this year.
