The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has summoned the interim head of the Russian Embassy for a meeting, the embassy announced on Facebook, reported BGNES.
"On February 23, the chargé d'affaires of the Russian Embassy in Bulgaria was invited for a meeting at the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
