Partner theatres to discuss the introduction of theatre as a subject in secondary education

The partner theatres of the Deutsche Theatre initiated educational project Unlearning for Europe will meet for the first working meeting on March 1 and 2. The meeting will be held in Bulgaria's Ivan Vazov National Theatre in Sofia.

The task of the joint project is to promote the introduction of theatre as a subject in secondary education through a joint program of theatres from the participating countries - Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania and Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

In the course of four years, the participants will work together with theatre professionals from different European countries.
