Interior Minister attends Justice and Home Affairs Council in Brussels

Interior Minister Kalin Stoyanov will attend the Justice and Home Affairs Council meeting in Brussels today. Among the highlights on the agenda will be issues related to the general state of the Schengen Area; asylum and migration; and combatting drug trafficking, according to the European Commission's website. The Council will adopt a strategic framework for cooperation between Bulgaria and the EC, a follow-up to the successful 2023 pilot project on border management and migration.
