Temperatures will drop and rain will fall

On Tuesday it will be cloudy, mainly in southern Bulgaria with rain showers. In places in the Eastern Rhodopes and in the south-eastern regions, precipitation will be significant in quantity. A moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast, bringing cold air with it. 

The minimum temperatures will be between 3°C and 8°C, in Sofia - about 6°C, and the maximum temperatures - between 8°C and 13°C, in Sofia - about 10°C.

It will be cloudy with rain over the mountains, snow expected above 1,600 m. In places in the Eastern Rhodopes, Strandzha and Sakar Mountains there will be significant amounts. A moderate, temporarily strong wind will blow from the east-northeast. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be around 4°C, at 2,000 m - around 0°C.

Over the Black Sea it will be cloudy before noon and with reduced visibility. In the afternoon, mainly along the southern coast, it will rain, in some places with more significant amounts. A moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast. The maximum temperatures will be 8°-11°, and the sea water – 8°-9°. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 points.

In the Balkans it will be mostly cloudy, in many places with rain. There will also be thunderstorms in Greece. It will be 18°C in Athens, 16°C in Belgrade, 14°C in Istanbul, 13 °C in Bucharest.
