Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov submits his resignation

Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov submitted his resignation to the National Assembly today. He will make a statement later this evening at the Council of Ministers building. The resignation was handed in as part of the upcoming change of government.

GERB-SDS demand from PP-DB equally shared responsibility for the country's governance

There is no deadline for Parliament to vote on the resignation. The start of negotiations between GERB-SDS and PP-DB on the post-rotation government was announced earlier today.
