''The name of the Minister of Finance at the moment is ''Minister Eurozone’’, Democratic Bulgaria Co-chairman Hristo Ivanov told journalists regarding the position of GERB leader Boyko Borisov that Finance Minister Assen Vassilev should not remain on this post during the cabinet rotation.

Hristo Ivanov said that due to Assen Vassilev’s efforts Bulgaria expects in a few months time "two windows to come together - of macroeconomic indicators and of Europe’s political will to accept us". In his words, changing the person who contributed to this borders on hard-to-explain political behaviour.

According to Hristo Ivanov, Bulgaria can stabilize only if reforms continue.
