The "digital brain" of Burgas - the integrated information system Smart Burgas has a new addition - the Smarty chatbot. This is a useful digital tool that brings together the services of the municipality in a popular and easy to access and interact with channel.

Every day, it helps dozens of people to park, travel, pay online or simply get useful information about the city and other services offered via the Internet. You can even use Smarty to book a date for a wedding reception, not only in the city's well-known venues, but also on the island of St Anastasia - a favourite spot for guests and residents of Burgas.

It uses various smart technologies and devices to make life easier for people in the coastal city. The platform contains aggregated data on water levels, air quality, and how and where to separate waste.

Investors can find information on available land in industrial zones and statistics from the city's business map. At the same time, road conditions, city traffic, roads under repair, parking spaces, tourist sites and attractions can be monitored in real time.

In turn, citizens can submit real-time alerts or participate in decision-making. The chatbot feature is available in Bulgarian, English and Russian.
