Bulgarian President condemns terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk and expresses his condolences

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev expressed his condolences to the families of those killed in the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk. In his profile in the "X" social network, the head of state wrote: "Bulgaria has always condemned all forms of terrorism and assaults against innocent civilians wherever and whenever these happen. Solidarity for the bereaved families and to the Russian people."

Russia's Federal Security Service reported to the Kremlin that 11 people had been detained in Moscow following the attack. Four are directly involved, Interfax reported. The death toll has reached 93, the Investigative Committee of Russia wrote on Telegram and warned the number could rise more.
