The week in Bulgaria begins with lower temperatures

A cold atmospheric front will cross the country over the next 24 hours. There will be rainfall. The rain will be mixed with snow in the high fields of Western Bulgaria and the mountainous regions. Precipitation will be significant in some areas in Northeastern Bulgaria with a chance of thundershowers. Precipitation will stop from the northwest and clouds will break. The lowest temperatures will range from 2°C to 7°C, for Sofia around 3°C. Daytime highs will range from 9°C to 14°C, for the capital city- around 10°C.

It will be mostly cloudy over the mountains. New snow cover will form above 1,700 meters. There will be strong northwesterly wind. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters 1°C, at 2,000 meters around minus 5°C.

It will be cloudy along the Black Sea coast. Rain is also in the forecast for the seacoast. Precipitation will stop in the afternoon hours and clouds will break. Maximum temperatures will range from 11°C to 14°C. The seawater temperature is 9°C-10°C.
