Google Street View vehicles will cross Bulgaria again this year. In the coming months, they will visit over 25 cities, including Smolyan, Zlatograd, Isperih, Kardzhali and Pernik. The aim, in addition to updating the images of cities and roads, is to provide better navigation and orientation for users, as well as to show new routes and points of interest in the application.
Thanks to this function of the search engine, users have the opportunity to explore most Bulgarian cities. However the infrastructure changes and develops, therefore the company strives to update the images regularly.
For the first time, their special cars filmed the Bulgarian cities in 2012 and since then they have been regularly updating the footage. Photos from previous shoots are also available for users interested in viewing the development over the years.
