The 56th edition of the traditional Yantra-Danube kayaking trip is due to take place from 30 April until 3 May, 2024, the Bulgarian Tourist Union has announced. A flotilla of dozens of kayakers will set out along the River Yantra, following the meanders of the river under the spring blossoms and the sheer cliffs at Belyanovo village, and from there, entering the wide River Danube, will pass by Batin Island, to finish the trip a little before the city of Russe.
The three camps for the participants will be at the villages of Dolna Studena and Belyanovo, and in the locality of Stulpishte on the Danube.
