Having demonstrated her talent as a child, when she was in the 3rd grade, she represented Bulgaria at the Junior Eurovision in Malta, and later appeared on the Voice of Bulgaria TV show, with success. Now 18, Lidya Ganeva has been evolving as a promising young singer. And even though she has been living in Finland for several years, she has been working on her songs with Bulgarian musicians – as is the case with her second single in the Bulgarian language I Will Not Change for You, in which music producer is Angel Dyulgerov – guitar, music arrangements and bandleader – who also did the arrangement. The music and the lyrics are by Lidia herself, who says that the song came to her very quickly and spontaneously.
“The message I would like to convey with this song was inspired by the women fighting windmills in love. Ultimately, love or the lack of love is what can push us in a very different direction,” Lidia Ganeva says.
