Establishments that repeatedly violate the ban are threatened with closure for a specified period. State health inspectors from regional health inspectorates, who are charged with the task of monitoring compliance with the ban, will be joined by control bodies of regional food safety directorates, police authorities and persons designated by municipal mayors, the changes also envisage.
