Weather forecast for 26 April

Sunshine and snow on the peaks on Friday

Clouds will break over the western half of the country overnight, becoming mostly clear, while rain will continue to fall over the east. Friday will be mostly sunny. There will be light winds, mainly from the north. Minimum temperatures will be between 4°C and 9°C, around 3°C in Sofia, and maximum temperatures will be between 16°C and 21°C, around 16°C in Sofia.

In the mountains it will be mostly sunny. There will be clouds in the afternoon, with rain and thunderstorms in places. Snow will fall above 2000 m. A moderate west-southwest wind will blow. The maximum temperature will be around 9°C at 1,200 m and around 3°C at 2,000 m.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny. Light to moderate south-southeast winds will blow. Maximum temperatures will be 16°-19°C and 14°-15°C at sea level. The swell will be 1-2.
