On the Day of Bravery, which is also the Bulgarian Armed Forces Day, the National Museum of Military History opens its doors to those who wish to visit it. Admission to all exhibits will be free of charge from 10:00 am to 17:00 pm.
In addition to the permanent chronological and open air exhibitions, visitors will be able to see the three temporary exhibitions - "The Army in Times of Change", "The Scars of War: Sofia's Lost Architectural Heritage" and "The Bulgarian Army - 20 Years Part of NATO".
The concert of the Representative Military Brass Band of the Land Forces will begin at 11:30 am.
The museum will also offer various military-themed attractions, including a tasting of the emblematic bean soup prepared by a military chef.
If the weather conditions are suitable, visitors will enter the cockpits of the Mi-2, Mi-8 helicopters and the missile complex 2K 52 Frog "Luna-M". There will also be an open doors day at the museum's branches in Varna and Krumovo
