Today, caretaker Premier Dimitar Glavchev will notify the prosecutor's office and the State Agency for National Security about the case with the private general hospital "Mom and Me".

The decision to establish a private hospital with a paediatric ward working with the Health Insurance Fund was taken by the caretaker cabinet on April 30, and was cancelled a day later. It was met with anger by state institutions and NGO’s, as it came against the backdrop of the project for a National Children's Hospital, which is yet to be realized.

"Everything is absolutely legal. We have no concerns about the legality of the decision we have taken. However, facts came out that we had no way of knowing, and we immediately reacted", said Premier Glavchev.
