The National Revenue Agency (NRA) and the Customs Agency have started a physical inventory of Lukoil-Bulgaria's stocks. This was announced by Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev at a regular meeting of the Council of Ministers.

Following discussions at a ministerial meeting on 7 May, prompted by Lukoil's VAT and customs revenues (BGN 90 million in February, BGN 40 million in March and BGN 228 million in April), it was decided to entrust the NRA and the Customs Agency with a comprehensive inventory of the company's stocks. According to Glavchev, such an inventory had never been carried out before.
