Defense Minister: The provision of assistance to Ukraine is proceeding according to schedule

The provision of assistance to Ukraine is proceeding according to schedule, caretaker Minister of Defense Atanas Zapryanov said in the town of Pazardzhik. "So far, the packages voted by the government have been dispatched. The last package, which was voted about 2 weeks ago, is now being prepared for dispatch", said Minister Zapryanov. The Interdepartmental Council for Defence Industry and Security of Supply is to be convened within days.

The Interdepartmental Council oversees the implementation of the Defense-Related Products and Dual-Use Items and Technologies Export Control Act, the BNR’s correspondent in Pazardzhik Nevena Petrova reported.
