In May, the economic situation in the country improved for a second month in a row. There was an improvement in retail trade, construction and services, but there was a decline marked in industry.

The general indicator of the business climate in May rose by 0.6 points in comparison to April, when it also rose by 1.8 points. The business climate for the fifth consecutive month since the beginning of 2024 remains above the long-term average and is now 25.4%.
