Sun and rain will alternate on Wednesday

The weather on Wednesday will be mostly sunny. Cloudy and cumulus clouds will develop in the afternoon and rain will fall in many places in western and central Bulgaria. There will be thunderstorms and hail conditions. Winds will be light from the west-northwest. 

Maximum temperatures will be between 28°C and 33°C, in Sofia - around 28°C. 

In the mountains, it will be mostly sunny in the morning, after which clouds will develop. There will be showers, thunderstorms and hail. Moderate winds will blow from the west-southwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be about 23°C, at 2,000 m - about 15°C.

Along the Bulgaria Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, with cumulus clouds in the afternoon, but no precipitation. Maximum temperatures will be 25°C-29°C and the temperature of the sea water will be at 23°C-24°C. 

It will be mostly sunny in the Balkans before noon, and in the afternoon there will be brief showers with thunder in many places - more intense in mountainous areas. It will be 36 °C in Athens, 33 °C in Bucharest, 30 °C in Istanbul and 27°C in Belgrade.
