"No one achieves success without acknowledging the help of others. We confidently acknowledge this help with gratitude. Thanks everyone who supported us!". This is what GERB leader Boyko Borissov wrote on his profile after the end of election day. Earlier in the day, he told media that he was not optimistic about the possibility of forming a stable government, keeping in mind the requests of the leaders of the other political forces. "I don't see how a government would be formed,” Borissov pointed out. "We can't do it with DPS alone, PP-DB can't do it with GERB and DPS, while Vazrazhdane say: ‘Either it's just us or no one’", the GERB leader said. He did not rule out the possibility that he himself would take the folder with the cabinet mandate.
