On June 15 and 16 the town of Zlatograd hosts the 8th edition of the Sugar Assembly "My Bulgaria". There will be a national meeting of Bulgarian confectioners and decorators.
An exhibition entitled "Art from Sugar: Zlatograd Sugar Etudes" will also be opened. Chef Mariya Ozturk and Bulgarian art decorators will present sugar dough creations depicting symbols typical of the Zlatograd region. The event starts at 18.00 pm on June 15 in the Sivrieva House, Zlatograd Ethnographic Complex.
