''I listened very carefully to the statements of the political parties. No one has learned his lesson'', GERB leader Boyko Borissov said with regard to the declarations of the political formations. "There are no responsible parties... We cannot make a coalition with DPS alone without a broad format. A government of shared responsibility with more parties can be formed", said Borissov.

The negotiating team will meet with Nikolay Markov, Boyko Borissov said when asked if he would meet with the leader of Velichie. Meanwhile, Markov was not allowed to the first session of the new parliament because he arrived late for the oath-taking ceremony and will likely take the oath at the next session.
