The prosecutor’s office in Plovdiv is investigating the death of an English patient, who died at the University Hospital St. George a few days ago after being attacked by security guards. The hospital is conducting an internal inspection of the matter.
Pre-trial proceedings been initiated, all facts and circumstances regarding the man’s death are being clarified, the regional prosecutor’s office says. All security video footage involving the patient has been handed over to the police, BNR-Plovdiv reports.
