"The newly elected Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia chose confrontation and trampling over European principles and from the highest parliamentary rostrum made it clear that he intends to divert the country from its Euro-Atlantic path, using words of enmity and hatred against European Bulgaria." This position of co-chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, Delyan Peevski, was spread by the press center of the party.

Delyan Peevski points out that the arrogantly declared refusal to fulfil the agreement with Bulgaria and to include the Bulgarians in the Constitution is a gross violation of the process of integration of North Macedonia into the EU. He adds that Bulgaria will not remain indifferent to this provocation.

"I expect all members of the Bulgarian National Assembly and Bulgarian members of the European Parliament, regardless of their party affiliation, would not ignore these alarming processes in our neighboring country," Peevski said.
