“Five people from the parliamentary group are going to be “torn apart” during the voting for a cabinet but will, most probably, not give their support,” Ivelin Mihaylov, one of the founders of Velichie party said for the BNR.

“The rest are firmly against. I have an audio recording with colonel Nikolay Markov (head of Velichie’s parliamentary group – editorial note) and Darin Georgiev (Velichie MP – editorial note) who say they are going to vote for a programme government with the third mandate, which means backtracking on the promises we have made to the voters,” Ivelin Mihaylov said.

Mihaylov went on to say that the leader of the Velichie parliamentary group Nikolay Markov had made threats he would destroy Mihaylov’s business and image, and even destroy him physically but that Markov had said he could solve Mihaylov’s financial and political problems. “For someone with no financial capacity he suddenly comes up with money, and that brings to mind certain thoughts.”
