Under the motto “High in the sky” colourful kites will be flown over Toplocentrala contemporary art centre on Saturday, 13 July, to mark the start of the festival – July 13-15.
Visitors to the festival over the weekend will be able to choose among different workshops, yoga, bazaars, music, telescope observation, theatre and experimental art.
