The difference for Bulgaria will not be significant, but there are nuances because they are different people with different approaches and positions. I would not presume to say which scenario would be better for Bulgaria. Biden belongs to the Cold War generation, as does Trump, their age difference is very small. What is typical of Biden is his aspiration to preserve democracy and freedom in the world, America’s role as guardian of democracy is more pronounced. With Trump the approach is maybe more business-like,” the diplomat said.
